Data commerce infrastructure enabling governed API and Model Context Protocol access to enterprise data and AI models without transferring the underlying assets.

  • Took the platform from concept to a live two-sided marketplace — 10 data vendors, 18,000+ analytics assets, 250+ users, 1,500+ monthly visitors — without outside capital.
  • Designed the governance layer that lets data owners expose assets to third parties without losing control: canonical models, multi-tenant access policy enforcement, and API security patterns applied at every partner onboarding.
  • Built Managed Endpoints, letting sellers publish transformed, per-buyer API endpoints — turning a static catalog into a programmatically governed commerce channel.
  • Sole architect of the full GCP/BigQuery stack and of production agentic AI systems spanning LLM orchestration, automated output quality evaluation, and MCP tool integration.

  • Lead Consulting Architect (Data & AI) to a digital banking technology provider serving 1,300+ financial institutions — leading a team of eight across two consecutive engagements, reporting to the Global Head of Product with dotted-line reporting to the CTO.
  • Cut the path from business request to governed production data from months to days by modernizing the client's medallion architecture on BigQuery with Dataplex governance — source-to-target mapping, policy application, and Gold-layer publication now run in one cycle.
  • Architected a Gold-layer semantic model and governed access layer with column- and row-level security, enabling policy-aware querying by internal analytics teams and by client institutions without duplicating data or broadening PII exposure.
  • Architected cross-platform secure data sharing on Apache Iceberg, exposing governed tables to institutions on Snowflake, AWS, and Databricks from a single BigQuery source of truth.
  • Advises the client's fraud and anomaly detection AI roadmap and leads the technical integration of two acquired platforms.
